2. Fund Structure

The HSF is not a separate legal entity. All legal obligations remain under the legal personality of NWF.

3. Donations

All contributions are managed through a dedicated, ring-fenced fund account within NWF's financial structure and are non-refundable unless specified by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. HSF reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria and programme scope subject to NWF Board of Trustees approval.
